Shipping Policy

Our goal is to satisfy you not only with our products but as well with our service. We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours. For a delivery within Germany and the Netherlands it takes 2-3 days – for all other European countries, it can take up to 7 working days.

Outside Europe we send our products with DHL, which can take up to 15 days.

Conditions Return/Exchange

You are not happy with your products? In case something needs to be returned, please get in touch with us: mypippo@outlook.com and we will provide you with the necessary information.

As a young brand, our main goal is to act sustainable. Therefore, we would like to avoid unnecessary shipping. Let’s work on that together. We are happy to hear from you, if you need any advice regarding your size choice.

Please note

Local taxes might need to be paid (custom duties, sales tax), depending on your region. These costs are at your own expense.

Our main delivery service in Germany is Deutsche Post all other orders are generally delivered with DHL.
